We offer store credit for unworn/unwashed apparel within 15 days from the delivery confirmation date. We cannot accept returns of free gifts with purchase, last chance/sale items, phone cases, mugs and tote bags. If it’s the wrong size, style or color, please email email@example.com and we will send you a free return shipping label. Please include your order number in your email.
Once we receive the unworn/unwashed product with the original tags still attached, we will send you a store credit for the products you purchased (shipping costs are non-refundable). You have 15 days from the delivery confirmation date to claim store credit.
Please note that we require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned. We reserve the right to deny your return and ship your item back to you, if we determine that your item has been washed or worn. Furthermore, the items that smell of smoke, perfume or have pet hair on them will not be accepted for return.
Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
